Rosemont's full-service catering operation can tap its
master chefs for the most creative presentations in
banquet food service. Catering will provide you with
down-home hospitality for informal and lighter menus.
Whether it's a black-tie dinner for 5,000 or a corporate
buffet for 150, Rosemont Catering will fulfill every
party or banquet need.
Walk in Elegance
Your guests will be shielded from any inclement weather
when they park in Rosemont's two parking facilities,
or when they stay in three of Rosemont's worldclass
hotels. Parking and hotels are all connected via the
Rosemont Skybridge Network. Walk in elegance to your
party or banquet in the Rosemont/Donald E. Stephens
Ball Rooms, where a friendly staff is anticipating your
arrival along with excellent cuisine.
Wedding Packages Includes:
Four hour bar serving premium brands of liquor, hors
d'oeuvres both Buffet and Butler Style Service, four
course dinner, champagne toast with dinner or a selection
of red or white house wine served with dinner (if a
choice of wine is requested, please add $2.50 per person
to the package). Decorated wedding cake prepared to
your specifications, cut and served by our staff. "White
Gloves Preferred Service"
Payment
An advance deposit of half of total amount is due at
the time of the definite reservation. We will bill you
for the balance at the end of your function. All prices
subject to change without notice. Full payment must
be made with a check, money order or credit card to
Rosemont Catering Co., Inc. If billing is requested,
please ask catering manager for credit application to
fill out.
Prices
All quoted prices are current and subject to change
thirty (30) days prior to confirmed dates of function
in order to meet increased operational and/or market
cost.
Set Menu
A pre-selected uniform menu is required for all parties
over 20 persons occupying a private dining room. Prices
are subject to change to reflect market fluctuations.
Please bear in mind that these are only suggestions
and may be changed in any way (with price subject to
change). If you prefer we will be happy to custom design
a menu for you. Your menu selection should be submitted
not later than 2 weeks in advance of the function date.
However, if your function is a large party, we ask that
you make an appointment with one of our Catering Managers
no later than 1 month prior to the function date to
discuss the menu and arrangements. One menu should be
selected for all guests. You may offer a maximum of
2 entree choices, however you must notify our Catering
staff of the number of each entree tickets or place
cards must be given to your guests so we may identify
those with an different entree. When doing the Floor
Plan you may also identify table number guest is seated
at.
Guarantee
It is the responsibility of our client to contact the
Rosemont Catering and advise the number of guests attending
their function no later than 72 hours preceding the
function. This count is not subject to reduction after
this time. If a guarantee is not established, Rosemont
Catering will charge you for the number of guests denoted
on the banquet menu contract. The day of function if
the number of guests increases, this number will be
your new guarantee.
Food and Beverage
The Service Charge is 20% plus 11.25% tax on food, beverage and
gratuity. All foods and beverages served in our facilities
must be purchased from Rosemont Catering and served
only in authorized areas with the exception of a cake
for special occasions, or a Sweet Table can be brought
from outside at $2.00 per person, service charge.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made with the Catering staff.
Parties over 20 persons will be charged 25% of the total
bill if canceled within 48 hours of the function and
50% of the total if canceled within 24 hours of the
function (100% of the total bill if canceled the day
of the function). However, for large parties with a
signed confirmation, if the function is canceled within
3 months of the function date Rosemont Catering reserves
the right to charge a cancellation fee or forfeit the
deposit. The only time we will refund a deposit is if
room is rebooked.
