Regulations pertaining to in-booth food and beverage service
Rosemont Catering Company has exclusive food and beverage distributions rights within the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. All food and beverage items used to generate traffic to a specific booth must be purchased through the Catering Department. Should your company desire to distribute food or beverage from their exhibit booth space, they must contact Rosemont Catering Company, and they will try to work out a suitable arrangement for you. If your company would like to pass anything after it is approved by Rosemont Catering, a waiver charge fee will apply of $500.00 per day plus 11.25% tax.

Order lunch and snacks for your staff delivered right to your booth by our uniformed waiters. (Prompt delivery can be assured for orders placed at least 1 week before your show).

As exclusive caterer to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, Rosemont Catering must provide all food and beverages served in the Center, with the exception of exhibitors serving samples of their own products.

We accept MasterCard, VISA, and American Express. Note: Rosemont Catering will only accept a credit card charge up to the amount of $1,000.00. Any amount over this limit will require a company check or cashiers check. All checks must be made payable to Rosemont Catering Co.
